Background

A career built across both sides of the table.

Jennifer practices as a strategic advisor — helping businesses exceed their goals and families plan for what comes next. She has spent the last twenty-plus years working as both an attorney and an operator: in traditional law firms, as a solo practitioner, as corporate counsel, as Vice President of a large corporation, and as Chief Operating Officer of mid-sized and startup companies.

That dual perspective — legal craft on one side, real operational accountability on the other — shapes how the firm approaches every matter. Documents aren't ends in themselves. They're tools that help a family protect a legacy or a business move forward with confidence. The work is to make sure the tools fit.

What that looks like in practice

  • Estate planning, probate & trust administration. Wills, revocable living trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney — funded and managed across the full lifecycle, including the post-death work that most firms walk away from.
  • Small-business law. Entity formation, operating agreements, governance, employment, and the ongoing counsel that a fractional general counsel would provide.
  • Real estate. Commercial and residential purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and contract review — anticipating the issues that surface at closing, not after.

Core values

Six commitments that shape every engagement.

01

Heritage

What you've built — your family, your home, your business — deserves to be honored, protected, and thoughtfully passed forward.

02

Guidance

Like a compass in unfamiliar territory, we meet every client where they are and help them find a path that feels clear, intentional, and right for their life.

03

Protection

We take the responsibility of safeguarding our clients' futures seriously — designing plans that are both legally sound and deeply personal.

04

Trust

Legal planning works best when it's built on honest conversation. We earn our clients' trust by listening first and speaking plainly.

05

Family

Whether you're planning for a spouse and children, a blended household, or the next generation of a family business, your relationships are always at the center of our work.

06

Continuity

Through our Heritage Protection Plan and ongoing client relationships, we don't disappear after a signature — we grow with our clients as their lives and needs evolve.
